Aftermarket Sales Manager

We are Generac Power Systems, a leading provider of industrial power solutions. We are seeking an experienced Manager Aftermarket Sales & Rentals to lead our sales and rental teams in their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the aftermarket sales and rental teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Manage performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
- Develop and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure overall GP goals for agreement pricing are maintained.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns for the Aftermarket Sales Team.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of generator system technology, including competitive industries.
- Support other Service departmental roles as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years of Aftermarket Sales experience (Power Generation preferred).
- 3-5 years of management experience with direct reports.
- Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (e.g. FieldServio, SAP, ADP, etc.).
- Proficiency in schematic and service documentation and RFP responses related to EPSS.
