Property Accounting Manager

RiverSky Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to oversee our financial operations.
Main Duties:- Manage monthly and annual accounting tasks for 5 properties, adhering to GAAP principles using Yardi software.
- Create accurate financial reports, including analysis of prepaid and accrual general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and invoicing.
- Calculate and remit management fees, examine A/R and security deposits, and pinpoint discrepancies between actual costs and budgets.
- Track utility bills for vacant units and conduct annual utility consumption assessments.
- Deliver detailed month-end reports to stakeholders, meeting deadlines.
- Supply auditors with necessary documentation for year-end audits, addressing inquiries about GL records, check registers, and mortgage reserves.
- Consult with property managers to ensure seamless communication.
Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
