About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a Property Management Assistant, you will assist our property managers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist property managers with day-to-day tasks, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
