Property Management Coordinator

Charter Oak Communities seeks a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to support the operations of our property management team.
Job DescriptionWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus exceptional benefits and a defined pension plan.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, ability to handle cash and make computations with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for processing work orders, providing orientation for incoming residents, and preparing necessary documents for vacated accounts.
You must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in general office work and a graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in business management, public administration or a related discipline.
We are located in vibrant downtown Stamford, within walking distance to Metro North train and bus terminal. We offer flexible and hybrid work arrangements, free parking, and bike racks.
