We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing.

As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for preparing financial reporting and analysis for multiple commercial properties. Your tasks will include maintaining monthly work papers, preparing work papers and analyses required for annual audit process, income tax, and sales tax filings, assisting in preparation of annual budgets, interacting with the operations, accounts receivable and accounts payable groups as required, recording monthly journal entries, and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about numbers, precision, and contributing to the success of a rapidly expanding company.

Our client is a privately held real estate developer, manager, and private equity firm established almost 50 years ago with a strong reputation in the real estate industry. They have a vertical integration approach, investing in, developing, owning, and managing a diverse portfolio successfully managing millions of square feet of properties across multiple states, contributing to various high-profile projects including mixed-use developments and residential units.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 1-3 years of direct experience in real estate accounting and reporting, a strong sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and experience with real estate accounting software; Timberline experience is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on location and experience.
