Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Scientist to join our team at Arete Associates. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex security challenges.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that involve the application of physics-based software and algorithms for data analysis. You will be part of a collaborative team that approaches problems with creativity and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement physics-based software and algorithms for data analysis
  • Work on challenging projects that involve sensor design and analysis, phenomenology exploitation, detection, estimation, and tracking algorithms, and target classification and identification
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in physics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience programming in Python, MATLAB, C, C++, or similar language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
