Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality user experiences that meet our privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, marketing, design, and leadership, to drive project execution and remove roadblocks.
  • Track and manage multiple parallel activities, ensuring that all projects are aligned with our privacy goals and objectives.
  • Mobilize and lead teams without direct authority, leveraging your exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to drive results.
  • Create, drive, and document repeatable processes and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Requirements

  • Experience developing project plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through uncertain situations.
  • Superior collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and a passion for privacy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience in software development life cycle.
  • BS/MS or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
