Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk Team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reservation process, including checking guests in and out and handling payments.
  • Complete all online training programs and maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel and services.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Verify the accuracy of room inventory and enter clean vacant rooms into the system.
  • Handle guest situations with professionalism and courtesy, and respond to incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, and amenities.
  • Book reservations and accept credit card payments to guarantee bookings.
  • Assist guests with directions to local shops and restaurants, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with all departments.
  • Comfortable assisting guests over the phone and in-person.
  • Strong problem-resolution skills and a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
  • Experience with Synexis is a plus.
