The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) is a professional association for physicians and medical students. As a Quality Assurance Tester and Analyst Co-op, you will perform manual testing tasks as assigned by QA leads. You will contribute to test case development and execution, and identify and log defects into the issue-tracking system. You will also assist in developing a QA Knowledge base by documenting product knowledge, and developing detailed prerequisites and back-end data conditions used to perform data integrity.

Responsibilities:

* Perform manual testing tasks as assigned by QA leads
* Contribute to test case development and execution
* Identify and log defects into the issue-tracking system
* Assist in developing a QA Knowledge base

Requirements:

* Understanding of technology, particularly web technologies
* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with basic web concepts and standard vocabulary of web pages
* Ability to read functional specs and develop test strategies from those specs
* Experience taking verbal/written instructions and developing general test strategies
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to think analytically and a desire to learn
* Self-sufficient and pride of ownership
* Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment

Work Schedule:
