Job Summary

Mass Electric Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee construction projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including underground and above-ground installations, and have experience managing union labor and supervising crews.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction projects and perform daily inspections of work performed
Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors and ensure cost control measures are followed
Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel and establish quality standards of all jobs
Develop and manage job schedules, coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers, and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately

Requirements

A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent
Management of union labor a plus
Direct and supervise crews
Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including underground layout and installation, instrumentation installation, conduit installations within hazardous locations, cable tray systems, and cable pulling in conduit and tray
