Expectations:

  • Morning availability is essential to lead our bustling breakfast service.
  • Salaried managers are expected to work approximately 50 hours per week, while hourly roles will be around 40 hours.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Flexible scheduling is preferred.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Train staff in food preparation, customer service, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to uphold standards and operational systems.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and adherence to standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance and work processes to maintain quality service.
  • Oversee employee schedules and assign duties in accordance with their roles.
  • Manage food and beverage deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Assist in personnel decisions, including hiring and termination, in collaboration with other managers.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Handle financial transactions with precision.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns regarding service or quality.
  • Maintain accurate restaurant opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to establish departmental goals, budgets, policies, and strategies.
  • Monitor financial records and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and fire regulations.
