Expectations:

- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any complaints.
- Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
- Collaborate with management to develop departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and strategies.
- Monitor budgets and payroll records to ensure authorized expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, OSHA, and fire regulations.
