  • Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any complaints.
  • Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with management to develop departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and strategies.
  • Monitor budgets and payroll records to ensure authorized expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, OSHA, and fire regulations.
