2. Act as a brand ambassador for Centific, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
* Strategic Hiring:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Support strategic hiring initiatives by identifying candidates for key roles that align with Centific's long-term objectives.
* Process Improvement:
1. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Leverage technology and recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an IT recruiter or sourcer, with a strong network in the information technology industry.
* Deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of data and AI services, engineering, fraud, and cybersecurity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of urgency.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
