Job Description

Campus Office Clerk (temporary)

Northland Pioneer College is seeking a temporary campus office clerk to assist with day-to-day campus activities, including registration and payments, answering phone calls, and maintaining a presence on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with registration and payments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain a presence on campus and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in word processing applications and basic office equipment
  • Working knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Painted Desert Campus

Skills:

  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment and principles
  • Ability to read and comprehend English language

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 19 hours per week
