Type: In-person, Contract
Pay: Competitive annual salary
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on project management, scheduling, and facilitating communication among all stakeholders involved in our projects. You will be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, design teams, vendors, and construction personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Lead procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract oversight.
  • Project Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and record minutes to support effective communication.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budget versus actual costs, analyze expenses, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, vendors, and construction staff, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize project management software and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
  • Change Management: Oversee Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage change orders, ensuring clarity in project specifications.
  • Billing Oversight: Review and process pay applications, ensuring accurate documentation for project billing.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to conduct research for sourcing and stay informed about industry developments.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in project management or construction administration is a plus.
