Position Overview:

PleasureLand RV Center, a leading RV dealership in the Upper Midwest, is seeking a dedicated Warranty Coordinator to join our expanding team. Our commitment to customer satisfaction has been unwavering since our inception in 1971, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims are accurately processed and that communication with other locations regarding their claims is maintained effectively.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various manufacturers to address outstanding and contested claims.
  • Oversee the warranty claims workflow from initial submission to tracking and necessary resubmissions across all Brainerd locations.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to guarantee that warranty work orders are submitted appropriately.
  • Conduct regular visits to other Brainerd dealership locations to evaluate warranty claims and processes.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience in warranty processing or as a service writer is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of parts and components.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to interact with all levels of the organization, including vendors and customers.
