Position Summary:

PleasureLand RV Center is seeking a full-time Warranty Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring that all warranty claims are accurately processed and that other locations are informed about their warranty claims as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various manufacturers to address overdue and contested claims.
  • Oversee the warranty claims process from initiation to tracking, including the resubmission of claims as required for all Brainerd locations.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors on warranty work orders to guarantee proper submission.
  • Conduct regular visits to other Brainerd dealership locations to assess warranty claims and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warranty processing or as a service writer is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • General knowledge of parts.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to interact with all levels of the organization, including vendors and customers.
