Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare food items with consistent quality in line with AccorHotel standards.
  2. Label all food containers and rotate stock according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  3. Maintain safety standards consistently throughout food preparation.
  4. Cook orders as per guest requests, including any special dietary needs.
  5. Initiate preparation of food items ahead of time, avoiding overproduction.
  6. Adhere to sanitation standards rigorously, ensuring perishables are stored at appropriate temperatures.
  7. Accurately portion all items within your designated station.
  8. Manage food waste and control usage in accordance with SOP.
  9. Check inventory levels for your shift, determining necessary preparations and setup.
  10. Assist in the preparation of vegetables and condiments for subsequent shifts.
  11. Return unused food items to designated storage, ensuring all perishables are properly covered and dated.
