The Department Manager of Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O) is responsible for overseeing the P&O department's operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic personnel management, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Effective fiscal management of human and material resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Preparation and management of the annual departmental budget.
- Oversight of the P&O performance improvement program, driving continuous quality enhancement.
- Direct patient care responsibilities, maintaining clinical competencies of P&O staff, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Active involvement in marketing and program development for P&O, promoting departmental growth and expansion.
Compensation Package: $112,900-$256,900 annual salary range
