The Parkview Employer Solutions Business Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client relations for our employer solutions service lines. As a key point of contact, this individual serves as a liaison between company representatives, Business Development Consultants, patients, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient and client experience to develop a strong partnership that ensures understanding and resolution of concerns.
  • Facilitate all ROI requests coming into Parkview Occupational Health, ensuring timely payment and release of records.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with GED.
  • Associate Degree in Applied Science in Medical or Health Care related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience working in customer services.
  • Experience in an occupational health setting preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to complete assignments within established timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules to meet operational demands.
