Job Summary

The Private Client Group Relationship Manager is a key role within Amerant, responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a client book of business focused on the domestic professional segment. This individual will leverage market knowledge to deliver exceptional service, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored deposit product solutions and identifying opportunities for lending and cross-selling.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client book of business through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Service Quality: Ensure delivery of high standards of service, seeking feedback from clients to identify and address service quality issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from non-compliance with laws, regulations, or internal policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with high-net-worth customers, providing deposit product solutions, with experience offering lending solutions preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with reputable professional certifications a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Product Suite, including MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
