We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our digital customer success strategy globally. As the Global Head of Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital engagement strategy to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a digital-first engagement strategy to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy digitally-enabled customer motions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to evolve and scale our global service offerings
- Grow and lead a high-performing team of digital and experience management professionals
- Drive teams to build a digital engine to create targeted experiences across various products and channels
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS, strategy, consulting, operations, product management, or an equivalent field
- Experience with digital/adoption marketing and/or digital customer success
- Prior experience building and deploying digitally-enabled customer motions preferred
- Past experience leading successful teams that work effectively cross-functionally preferred
