**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the iconic Schwan's yellow truck to deliver frozen foods to customers' homes between 9am and 6pm

* Sell and promote our products to customers, building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route

* Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values

* Receive hands-on training from leaders who care and coach you to success

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives

**Requirements**

* 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification
