Position Overview:
  • As a Customer Retention Specialist at Greenix, you will manage incoming communications from our esteemed clients, addressing a variety of inquiries from billing issues to product questions. Your responsibility is to discern customer needs, deliver outstanding service, and guarantee customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package of $50,000 to $60,000 annually, which includes comprehensive training (Hourly + Commission).
