Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing automated marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to effectively engage and nurture leads throughout their journey.
  • Collaborating with various teams to comprehend business needs and translating them into impactful marketing automation strategies.
  • Creating and implementing data-driven segmentation strategies to tailor marketing communications and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilizing SQL to extract customer data from our internal data warehouse, facilitating the creation of targeted email lists based on specific criteria.
  • Analyzing performance metrics of campaigns, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize overall campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize marketing analytics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to continually enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing analytics, campaign automation, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying complex data sets and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work within cross-functional teams.

Work Environment:
