Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze current and historical financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop financial models and analyses to support new strategic initiatives, and provide recommendations for revenue adjustments and risk mitigation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze complex financial information, commission reports, and provide accurate and timely recommendations to executive management.
  • Team Collaboration: Support finance department team members as needed, and prepare benchmarking, trend, and variance analysis to contribute to management presentations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, PowerPivot, and graphing expertise, and experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Qlik or Tableau preferred).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ability to convey work product and strategic insights effectively, and superior interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Independence and Motivation: Ability to work independently with strong self-management and self-motivation, and a curious mind with a desire to question data drivers and investigate variances and outliers.
