About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Department of Defense Sales Manager to spearhead our entry into this new market segment.

This role requires establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with key decision-makers across all military branches, understanding their unique needs and positioning Arctic Compressor as a solution provider.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored sales strategies for each military branch, pursuing sales opportunities for our entire product line, and strategically attending defense industry events to promote Arctic Compressor and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with government procurement needs and behaviors, and experience selling to federal government agencies.

Our compensation package is designed to reward high performers, with top sales professionals in this role earning six-figure incomes. Our uncapped commission structure and additional performance bonuses ensure your earning potential is limited only by your ambition and ability to close deals.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
