About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a road warrior, you will travel nationally and worldwide to troubleshoot and service automation robots and related equipment at customer sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, is mechanically inclined, and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone
  • Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed
  • Diagnose customer workflow issues and optimize ScriptPro system performance

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Preferred BS in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10
  • Experience with computer systems repair and a strong mechanical aptitude

Working Conditions:

This position involves regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. You will also be required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to push/pull and lift independently is essential.
