Housekeeper Job Description

Colwen Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the AC Hotel Cleveland Circle. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and prioritize room assignments from the manager
  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Colwen and brand standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Check and restock cleaning supplies, transport carts to assigned floors/rooms
  • Ensure guest privacy and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform final walk-around to ensure rooms meet hotel standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, hotel experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
