Breakfast Server Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Breakfast Server to provide exceptional service to our guests at AC Hotel Cleveland Circle, a Colwen Hotels property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a smile and provide a positive experience
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests
  • Answer questions about menu items and maintain knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Ensure food is prepared correctly and to guests' satisfaction
  • Collect plates and clear tables as guests finish their meal
  • Adhere to Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service
  • Clean designated areas and ensure sideboards are adequately stocked
  • Prepare guest checks and collect payment
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a server preferred
