Vitamin Manager Job Description

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vitamin Manager to lead our Vitamin Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and operations of the department, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Vitamin Department's sales and inventory levels, ensuring optimal product assortment and merchandising.
  • Work closely with the Buyer and Store Manager to determine inventory levels based on sales reports and market trends.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and one-on-one development discussions to drive individual and team success.
  • Communicate standards, expectations, and policy changes to team members, ensuring a consistent and excellent customer experience.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including maintaining a clean and organized department.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales reports and market trends.
  • Ability to maintain a Food Handlers permit and perform physical tasks, including walking up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
