About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vitamin and Health Supplement Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Vitamin and Health Supplement department to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Vitamin and Health Supplement Team: Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Plan and execute visual merchandising displays, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products, and train sales associates to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Operations and Administration: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a retail or sales leadership role, preferably in the vitamin and health supplement industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move merchandise throughout the store.
