- Conduct detailed assessments of physical attributes, exterior dimensions, and overall conditions of properties, including capturing photographs and identifying unusual risks.
- Compile comprehensive reports that summarize observable hazards, aiding client companies in determining eligibility for insurance coverage.
- Act as the vital link for insurance underwriters, providing insights from the field to support their decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Energetic and capable of managing a high volume of inspections efficiently.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and decisive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to work independently, demonstrating discipline and organizational skills.
- Experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Requirements:
- Access to a Microsoft Windows-based PC with Windows 10.
