Qualifications:
  • Energetic and capable of managing a high volume of inspections efficiently.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and decisive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to work independently, demonstrating discipline and organizational skills.
  • Experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
