Job Overview

Brad Markerson - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license
