Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Phoenix, AZ. As an LPN at Milan Laser Company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Laser Hair Removal Treatments: Perform all laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective experience for clients.
  • Patient Education: Educate clients on the laser hair removal process, pre- and post-treatment care recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Client Care: Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals, providing a personalized and compassionate approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive patient experience.
  • Documentation: Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records (EMR) on a tablet device.
  • Environment Maintenance: Ensure a professional, clean, and organized work environment, including prepping the treatment room between patients.
  • Laser Maintenance: Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists/Practitioners and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Active LPN License: Possess an active, unencumbered LPN license.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel for training, if required.
  • Patient Care: Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day, lift up to 50 pounds, and visually assess clients' skin while operating the laser.
