As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care to patients within a designated unit or clinic.


Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health concerns, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and developing personalized nursing care plans. You will also maintain accurate medical records and may provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and document health status.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive medical records.
  • Engage with patients to promote health education.


This position requires a strong understanding of nursing practices and standards, allowing you to work effectively within established guidelines while having some flexibility in prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as an LPN.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Robust clinical experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to enhancing patient experiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities.
  • Hands-on nursing experience.
  • Familiarity with phlebotomy.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Knowledge of HEDIS measures.
  • Understanding of primary care medicine requirements.
  • Insight into clinical operations.


Work Schedule:
40 hours per week

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $44,200 - $60,900 annually, reflecting the starting base pay for full-time employment. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
