Purpose:
Perform Treasury Operations: research and post payments, void/reissue payments, and handle daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
50% Error Handling:
Review, correct, and apply error report data. Collaborate with Billing and Finance. Ensure internal controls.
45% Payment Processing:
Research, void/stop, and reissue payments. Ensure timely responses and maintain internal controls.
5% Other Tasks:
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
3-4 years in bookkeeping, data entry, or relevant work
Preferred Qualifications:
