We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Experience Designer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading cross-disciplinary analysis of existing solutions and opportunity spaces, and driving user understanding among different parties through workshop activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and present compelling stories with great writing and presentation skills, and present design work to client executives and explain the thinking behind the work.
- Co-facilitate workshops and manage breakout groups to drive user understanding and design innovation.
- Collaborate with the strategy and technology teams to define digital product and convergent experience concepts.
- Execute the detailed design of defined experiences, working across service components, interaction logins, and visual language expression.
- Enable a successful handover of final outcomes to the client through training and documentation.
- Advocate for and pursue cross-disciplinary and convergent opportunity areas for design innovation.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of professional experience in experience design with industry experience in CPR, FS, or Public Sector.
- Strong domain knowledge in Marketing, Martech, AI, Machine Learning, Data-driven, Product Management, Digital Experiences, and Agile.
- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work.
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the experience design lead.
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, Keynote, Figma.
