About This Opportunity

MMP Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Earn an Estimated Salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per Year

Responsibilities
  1. Support Individuals with Daily Living Activities: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  2. Administer Medications as Prescribed: Follow proper medication administration procedures and maintain accurate records.
  3. Document Progress and Incidents: Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
  4. Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of individuals served.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
