Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience managing multiple life science or industrial projects. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, submitting and tracking responses to RFI's, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including comprehensive sequencing of construction activities
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably in life science or industrial projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
