Job Summary

Bancroft Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and grow the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years in project management, estimating, or design.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent computer skills, with experience in project management software and tools.
