Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including labor management, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and local health and safety codes.
  • Manage profit and loss, including reviewing financial reports and taking corrective action to maintain profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • College or university degree preferred, but not required.
