This is a part-time, as-needed position, typically scheduled from Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 11 PM.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong emphasis on Hospitality Live Audio / AV Management, particularly in the setup and configuration of audio-visual systems. This role is ideal for someone with a background in supporting audio-visual needs in hospitality or retail environments, who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and team members. The selected candidate will engage directly with clients and end-users, making significant decisions regularly and participating in both short-term and long-term projects.

Responsibilities may vary based on client needs but will generally include:

  • Providing on-site assistance for various client audio-visual systems (including digital signage, live audio, AV, and network systems);
  • Setting up and dismantling hardware;
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software audio-visual issues as required;
  • Developing and adhering to IT audio-visual processes and standard operating procedures;
  • Managing, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual hardware and software, along with related peripherals in the client environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically providing audio-visual service desk support for hospitality or retail end-user issues;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or retail sector;
  • Proficiency in the installation, support, and maintenance of audio-visual live audio hardware and software;
  • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a customer-focused environment, while also collaborating effectively with other IT service and support teams;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with Crestron software;
  • Experience with concert live audio support and third-party integrations into larger systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 years in Hospitality or Retail IT Support;
  • Experience with POS support.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with hospitality end-users;
  • Familiarity with audio-visual systems.
