This position, reporting to the Assistant Director of Retention, focuses on monitoring, tracking, and providing essential support for students within six-year graduation cohorts. The successful candidate will evaluate student data to uncover trends and devise strategies based on proven practices aimed at enhancing graduation rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate student data to pinpoint at-risk individuals and disseminate insights to campus stakeholders.
  • Leverage various technologies to support graduating students and those at risk of not achieving their graduation objectives.
  • Design communication strategies and interventions informed by student data.
  • Generate reports and spreadsheets to keep staff informed about student progress and trends.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to address student challenges and foster success.
  • Advocate for necessary policy adjustments and exceptions.
  • Engage with advisors to assist graduating students.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in social sciences or higher education administration.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
