Our Team

We're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for sport and our commitment to excellence. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of adidas products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and merchandising standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-6 months of retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
