Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management

- Lead Development and Conversion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute plans to convert leads into sales.
- Marketing and Sales
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the agency's team to ensure successful client relationships and sales growth.
Requirements
- Language Skills
- Ukrainian and Russian speaking required.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license required.
