Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

At Teammcclung, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our State Farm Agent Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Utilize your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Conduct customer-focused reviews to educate customers on insurance options and develop personalized solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to learn and master new computer functions and software.
