Job Title:
SIC Electrical Foreman (RAL PURI WB)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for a project in Eden, NC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing electrical installations, supervising craft workers, and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and company policies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute electrical installations to meet project schedules and specifications.

2. Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers to ensure efficient and safe work practices.

3. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate execution of electrical work.

4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of equipment and personnel capacities.

6. Analyze and resolve work problems to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

7. Maintain accurate time records and inspect quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.

8. Perform frequent safety inspections of work areas, equipment, tools, and employees to ensure compliance with government regulations, customer requirements, and company safety policies.


Qualifications & Skills:

1. Skilled in both written and verbal communication.

2. Complete all Safety and general job training as required by EMCOR Group.

3. Observe EMCOR Group and customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.


Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to:

1. Effectively use all required PPE equipment.

2. Lift up to 50 pounds.

3. Work in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.

4. Safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops, and other elevated positions, as well as confined spaces.

5. Safely operate all involved equipment and tools.

6. Stand for long periods, bend consistently, work in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and in awkward body positions.
