At M.C. Dean, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure daily productivity benchmarks are met by your crew.
  • Plan and organize material phasing, tools, and equipment for each crew.
  • Ensure quality control inspections are performed and documented.
  • Maintain accurate as-built drawings and inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Investigate and report accidents and incidents.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in the electrical industry.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds and work at heights up to 60 feet.
  • Good vision, color vision, and ability to hear and communicate in English.
