Job Title: Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for a project in Eden, NC. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute new or modified electrical installations, ensuring effective and efficient construction or repair of wiring, fixtures, or equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate execution of electrical work.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular inspections and addressing any hazards or concerns.
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and personnel capabilities.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems, maintaining accurate time records and inspecting finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
Requirements
  • Appropriate journeyman experience in electrical work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to safely access all areas of the property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops, and other elevated positions, as well as confined spaces.
